Who is eligible for this service?
This service is intended only for individuals who use wheelchairs. For all other ADA service please click other ADA service.
What is the service area?
This “curb to curb” service is available anywhere within Ventura County.
Where can I go?
Anywhere! Spontaneous shopping trips, medical appointments, visiting friends, night travel, etc. Last minute, last mile. There is no restriction on the type of trip or distance so long as it is within Ventura County.
What are the service hours?
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
How much does it cost?
The trip fee is $2.50 per mile. No other fees apply. Total cost will be provided at the time of the trip request.
How do I pay?
Payment must be made at the time of the phone reservation. Drivers do not accept cash.
How far in advance do I need to book my trip?
This is an on-demand service, comparable to Uber or Lyft. Our goal is to provide same-day rides within 30 minutes or as soon as possible. Advance reservations are not required but are recommended.
I travel with a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), can they ride with me?
Yes! There is no additional charge for PCAs.
I travel with a service animal, is that allowed?
Yes, service animals are welcome. Please notify us that you will be traveling with an animal when booking your ride.
I’d like to book a ride with a friend, is there an additional charge?
There is no additional charge for other riders provided they have the same starting and ending location. We can accommodate up to two additional passengers for a total of three including one wheelchair. Tell us how many people will be traveling when booking the ride.
